The obligation occurs when a manufacturer places on the market more than the annual quantity of a specific type of packaging, namely:
• 800 kg glass;
• 300 kg paper, cardboard and multilayered packaging with predominantly paper – cardboard component;
• 100 kg metal;
• 100 kg plastic;
• 100 kg wood;
• 100 kg other packaging materials.
