Recovery fees for packaging in 2011 (Ft/kg):



Item-based charges previously applied to the so called „commercial packaging” (primary packagings of beverages and plastic shopping carrier bag) were abolished from 1st January, 2010. ÖKO-Pannon partners could enforce a basic deduction by 70% from the product charge items in case of "commercial packaging". Moreover, they could also apply for additional allowances in the event of the payment of recovery fee item 2 applicable to „commercial packaging”.



For those companies which are not contracted for collection and recovery but would like to indicate the Green Dot on their product packaging distributed within Hungary, there is a possibilty to contract for isolated trademark use. In this case they have to justify that they comply with the recovery obligations in another way.
