Organisation

Set up in August 1992, approved by the Government on 12 November the same year, Eco-Emballages is a limited company: Producers (packers-fillers, sectorial federations) hold 70% of Eco-Emballages' share capital which is divided between 240 shareholders, representing all the economic sectors associated with Eco-Emballages sphere of activity. The material organisations hold 20 % and distributors hold 10 %. The company is a non-profit one. EE has a workforce of around 150 employees.

Adelphe approved on February 1993 is a Limited Company; the shareholders are mainly producers from the wine and spirits sector.
