PRO EUROPE, the organisation representing the systems for the collection, recycling and recovery of packaging waste in Europe, Canada and Israel, has written a letter to the Hungarian Secretary of State for Environmental Affairs, Zoltán Illés, to raise its concerns and rectify the misconception there may have been concerning PRO EUROPE’s views on the new Hungarian Product Charge law.
