PRO EUROPE, (Packaging Recovery Organisation Europe), welcomes the Commission’s initiative to review Directive 2002/96/EC on WEEE. Pro-Europe have established an internal working group on WEEE chaired by Valpak UK Ltd, which provides a platform for European countries to discuss and exchange information and best practice between themselves. This response is submitted on behalf of the members of the Pro-Europe WEEE working group.
