Sekopak has been approved as the first licensed Operator of the system for packaging waste management for the Serbian market. With the act of issuing the permit for the Operator of the system, a process of fulfillment of the obligations emerging from the Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste and the Decree on the Plan for Packaging Waste Reduction has begun, through which all economic operators putting goods on Serbian market (imported or produced) become obliged to recover packaging waste resulting from the usage of their products.
