The Cooperation Agreement of 2008 adapts the European Directive 2004/12/EC. They form the two pillars on which Fost Plus’s activities are founded. It requires every company which has packaged or arranged for the packaging of products sold in Belgium - for more than 300 kg one-way packaging yearly - to achieve 80% recycling and 90% recovery rates. http://www.ivcie.be/admin/upload/page/file/516.pdf

We achieve the efficient collection and recycling of packaging.
We raise public awareness regarding the importance of correct sorting, we help municipalities and intermunicipal companies to collect the materials as efficiently as possible, and we offer our advice to companies to help them improve the recyclability of their packaging.
