Legal basis is the German "Packaging Ordinance". Its objective: To prevent, reduce, reuse and/or recycle packaging waste and, consequently, to return it to the production loop. At the beginning of 2019, the German Packaging Act replaced the Packaging Ordinance with further ecological requirements.
